Philippe D. Charlebois, D.M.D., B.Sc.
Dr. Philippe Charlebois comes from Montreal, Quebec. He attended the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at the University of Montreal where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Microbiology before completing his Doctorate at their Faculty of Dentistry. He pursued his training at the University of Connecticut where he completed a residency in General Dentistry.
After working for several years in New Hampshire, Dr. Charlebois relocated to the Shelburne area with his wife Lisa and son Teo and has joined Vermont's strong dental community. He enjoys a laid back lifestyle where he can take in the scenery while enjoying cycling, photography and music.
Susan A. Grimes, D.D.S.
Dr. Susan Grimes is pleased to be joining Dr Philippe Charlebois of Shelburne Village Dentistry. Dr. Grimes has been practicing Dentistry in the Shelburne area since 1988. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Dr. Grimes did a postgraduate residency program at University of Vermont. Dr. Grimes is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a member of the American Dental Association and Vermont State Dental Society.
Volunteerism is an important part of Dr.Grimes' life. Over the past twelve years, Dr. Grimes has led volunteer dental mission trips around the world (Thailand, Kenya, Honduras) She has as she also volunteers at the Shelburne food shelf and is a member of the Shelburne-Charlotte-Hinesburg Rotary club.
Dr Grimes and her husband, Dr Scott Thompson, have many outdoor interests including sailing, biking , gardening and skiing in the winter. They have three grown children, two are in college and one in Santa Monica, CA.
Denise Kipp, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Dee joined the practice in 1991 with 14 years of experience. She graduated
in 1977 from the University of Bridgeport with a degree in dental hygiene.
In 1996 she became anesthesia certified through UVM. Helping patients to
maintain a lifetime of dental health is Dee's career goal.
Dee and her husband Bill live in Middlebury, VT. Her interests include
hiking, boating, cross country skiing, and time in the kitchen. In her spare
time, she tries to keep up with her 6 children and 11 grandchildren.
Brandy has always had an interest in the dental field. She couples her strengths and experience in human services and has found a home in our office as our Office Manager.
Her friendly demeanor and passion to assist others makes it easy to provide our patients with the personal attention and service they deserve.
In her spare time, Brandy enjoys yoga and cooking, as well as, enjoying the company of her three dogs, family and friends.
